Job interview at a Montessori school

Good evening, fellow teachers! :)  I'm currently a 1st grade teacher.  Tomorrow, I have a job interview at a Montessori school closer to where I live.  I am not trained in Montessori; however, the school I am interviewing at will train me if I get the position.

I observed and taught a few lessons at a Montessori school back in college, but that was over 5 years ago.  I did a little research already, but if anyone has any tips or advice that would help me tomorrow, I am hoping you'll send them my way. :)

I also have a question.  Do the Montessori schools typically pay ok?  I teach at a private school and obviously don't make as much as teachers in a public school setting, but I'm hoping that if I got the position, I'd be paid at least what I do now.

Thanks in advance for anything you can tell me that would help me out tomorrow!

It all depends where you live. In the Toronto area.. Casa teachers make a bit less than lower elementary. so if you're doing lower, then you'll probably start around 30k in this area. but it can go all the way up to 40k.
